MCJROTC
The Marine Corps JROTC (MCJROTC) program at Tolleson Union High School is a leadership education program that instills in high school students a value of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment. The JROTC program prepares high school students for responsible leadership roles while making them aware of their rights, responsibilities, and privileges as American citizens. Lessons in leadership, self-confidence, and self-discipline are the cornerstones of the JROTC program. Many students who haven’t been challenged in their lives are challenged physically, mentally, and morally through the demands of student leadership positions where they develop a sense of “Authority, Responsibility, and Accountability.”
